NCOA (National Change Of Address)

The National Change of Address (NCOA) program makes change-of-address (COA) information available to  direct marketers to help reduce undeliverable or duplicate mail pieces. NCOA service is a program that helps mailers in identifying changes of address.

Phone appends (Business & Residential)

SmartBizConnection has the ability to add phone numbers to your mailing list. We can provide you with phone numbers for either residential or business lists. Our residential phone append service appends the 10 digit phone number ,and time zone code. 

Fax Phone Append

Appends the fax numbers for business addresses in your mailing list.

Reverse Append

CASS Certification

Want to qualify for reduced rates on your bulk mailings? CASS stands for Coding Accuracy Support System. It is the process that the Post Office uses to certify that an address is valid, is entered correctly, and has the correct zip+4, route, and delivery point information. 

Area Code Update

Updates the Area Codes and verifies the Prefix of the U.S. numbers in your list to increase telemarketing efficiency. Area Code Update corrects all the phone numbers in your list that have new area codes following a split, replaces incorrect area codes, and fills in missing codes

Duplicate Check
